Progress has been kinda slow, but a a little work has been done.
Engine pulled out of the frame and getting ready for paint.
Also got those rear shock mouns that had been hacked to bits by the PO fixed.

I AM MY OWN WORST ENEMY!!! Ok, hopefully I am back on track after getting nothing done while trying to re-invent the wheel and a few other things slowing me down. But enough excuses. Got some welding done yesterday.
Tail light mount.

Got a little more done today. Forks are polished and rebuilt with race tech springs and gold valve emulators.

Yes sir, this is coming along..... That front end will feel completely different.

Beatnic riding down to install that for you? :)

Yep Rich those are actually xs1100 forks also. With the "slightly" larger diameter tubes and internal upgrades I am am sure it will be a big improvement. And while I did get Doug to figure out what springs to use I have already got them done. They just need to go back into the triple tree.

I think I am going to like the new rotors and Nissan calipers better than the old stock set up
