Yeah...I'm old school.
Sooooo. I take the forks off the bike (72 Thunderbolt) and to my surprise, instead of a C-clip or sir clip, my oil seals are held in by caps. I've never seen this, it's not in my manual or in any diagram I can find. Do I reuse these caps? I'm not really confidant they'll hold the new seals down. I've never seen this before. My first BSA and all, but I've rebuilt literally dozens of forks and have never seen these.
