I have recently bought an r45 as a street scramble project bike. Looking at some other R project bikes they have fitted heidenau tyres, with 120/80/18's at the back. Looking at my tyre/ swing arm I can't see. 120 tyre squeezing in here, has anyone got experience with this, or are the 120's fitted due to modifying swing arm/ accepting some rubbing and perhaps reducing handling?
Would 110/80 be a better option?
Looking at 90/90 for the front.
Any help greatly appreciated.
