What're are the controls off of? More Pics of the light could be helpful.

The controls are off of a Kawasaki KZ200.
They work and function as they should, high beam low beam electric start etc.
As far as the headlight goes, I will get more detailed pictures for you. :)

Is tach cable driven or electronic?

If it is off KZ200 and electronic do you know what pulse rate? Is kz200 1 cylinder or 2? I do not know Kawasaki bikes... Is why I am asking...

Kawasaki kz200 is a 1 cylinder bike.
Not sure of the pulse rate..
The tachometer is cable driven.
