Dude, you aren't fooling anybody. You now have extra engines and Hurco has that there fancy weldin' machine you're gunna join all them engines together and make a 12 cylinder, 1200cc, hard-tail, rat rod, thingie monstrosity.

Haha never thought of that!!! No my next build will be a 400four, but its gonna be a while down the road before I start it.

This one here is quickly breaking the bank.

Re: The Black Knight, A New Hope.

The Dremel wire wheel fit perfectly inside the brake lever pivot. Easy work, a smear of lube and done.

See there now "You" know how to lift a guy up and encourage him to work hard on the shitty-ness.

Not like those other Buttholes.

Thank you for that.

Yeah, ok... so, have you got this piece of crap done yet? Come on loser, shag your ass and get moving. No more bourbon for you until it's completely done, and don't even THINK of firing up a cigar!

(There, is that better? Dang, some of these people are so sensitive!)

Re: Black Knight, The - I love you bro, build

I just wanted to see the best motorcycle restorer I know personally restore my favorite Honda. If that makes me a butthole, I will proudly accept that descriptor and exit stage left, because meticulously polishing every single spoke and Hobby Lobby fake rust together makes perfect sense.

Re: Black Knight, The Battle of the Brake rages on...

With the "NEVER GIVE UP" attitude the Black Knight is famous for, the battle rages on...

This "looks" like it should pivot...It dont. :p

11494-141018074808-45321031.jpeg

Lots of time and effort, penetrant and heat gun and slowly working it to start twisting...its freed.

O-rings...ARGH!

HOORAY...Still available from local Honda dealer.

11494-141018074910-45432027.png

20 minutes spent boiling penetrant w heat gun, pounding and careful twisting.

11494-141018074808-4536970.jpeg

It finally gives...just a little.

11494-141018074808-45372109.jpeg

After another hour of boiling, penetrant, twisting and pounding...repeat..repeat, etc etc

Surprised the penetrant never did make it all the way to the center.

Cleaning w an old brass bore brush and brass wheel.

Might pay to tap and add a grease nipple. Function before form.
