Finally got the rear brakes bled. Took for ever and had to buy a vacuum pump to get it.

Pic after I cleaned up. Supposed to get my seat back tomorrow but like everything else I have a feeling it will not be done when they said they would have it.

So order the carb rebuild kit and all of the electrical over the weekend and it all came in today. Since my shock were stolen I've been shipping everything to work.

Feels like Christmas! Id ditch work and go home right now if I could...

Need to make wire harness from scratch so either one of two things will happen; bike will start and run like a champ or it will just catch fire and burn to the ground.

Got stuck working late tonight but I got out to pick up my seat!

Dying to see it on the bike. Few more hours before I'm done here at work.

Just positioning everything then I'll run wires

Not really digging the mirrors and turn signals but I want it to be safe so I guess I'll just have to live with it.

So I purchased a new regulator/rectifier combo. So my question is do I need this thing? I can't find it on any wiring diagrams

I also figured out that that thing is a diode used to keep the bike from starting unless its in neutral.

With your design skills and access to a fab shop, why not make up some custom headlight brackets? I have to say I love the bike and everything you have done so far, but hate those brackets. I'd bring the headlight bucket in a little closer to the frame while your at it. Keep up the good work...
