Followed me home last weekend

Live long and prosper.
Having had an accident in early august and having to sell my bike to help with medical bills I was feeling pretty bummed. However, things are looking up again! Brought this home last weekend. It hadn't been run in a couple of years. I cleaned the fuel tank and the fuel lines and it fired right up. I plan on doing absolutely nothing to the bike and riding it just as it sits. I might need a new seat cover, it has some tears and has standard motorcycle assembly on it. Actually I'll probably just add more standard motorcycle assembly tape when it finally wears out. I might change some things down the road, but only if it breaks and I'm forced.

Also, watch out for moving parts everyone. I'm lucky to still have a thumb!

That's a sweetie and leaving it stock is a grand plan.

Gonna have to fill us in on the mutilated digit... fore safety meetings these real life experiences are a good graphic sledge hammer.

I was forced into doing an engine swap on my work truck because the ole CAT 3208 finally gave out. Took me a few days since I hadn't ever done a swap that big. Got everything running and was getting ready to take the truck back home. I noticed I left a wrench on top of the engine so I stood on the tie rod and went to grab it. When I did, I slipped (oil on my shoes) and caught myself on the alternator. The Truck is a bit older so the alternator has a metal fan that is exposed. Like I said, it could have been a lot worse.
