Skyteam Ace 125

I live in a hilly suburb & have a set of lights stopping me as I face downhill. Fuel spills out of the filler cap when the bike is stationary downhill.....is there a way to prevent this as I am a little concerned regarding spark plug & fuel

Some Aces have this problem and some don't; I think the usual fix is cut a thicker/additional rubber seal.
