I'm with Justin IF it's going to be a solo ride, then yeah, those tracker style ones are nice. If you plan on having a passenger at any point, those ones in the second picture down look pretty cool, in an old-school way.

Number three, trackers are tracker style, they are not Brat Style. Tracker are also very common and it will look like you checked a box and simply bought them. I made mine for my XS650 back in '03 I really like your bike BTW.
