More to come soon :)

Looks cool...
Mighty expensive jog though....why all the fancy aluminum and not just 2x3 steel or similar?

It's all clearance stuff from 8020. I've got about 225 into everything. It's all modular, easy to adjust and I can add or subtract accessories as needed. Besides, it's like erector sets for big kids! :)

Oh that's not bad at all!
I look forward to seeing it built

Yeah, I didn't think the price was too bad compared to buying new. Should all go together this week sometime. 8020 isn't too far from my shop so as long as they get the stuff out soon I'll be posting more pics soon!

And away we go...

I still need to mount the neck and axle fixtures (I have the stuff already just didn't stick around long enough last night to do it). The whole thing as of right now weighs MAYBE 20lbs. :D I'll put some adjustable feet on it so it can be leveled out once on the lift, and it should be good to go. I may be get creative later and add a rotisserie functionality to it :thumb:

Got the axle plates made and mounted. Also got some De-Sta-Co clamps for the engine cradle tubes. Haven't mounted them yet as I need to machine a spacer and some tube soft jaws.

It's very solid. Everything has gussets. You can see how many bolts there are as well :)

Here's another pic with the neck jig

Put out any custom frames yet?

Ha! Nope, not yet. It's still sitting on my office floor. I did make the mounts for the bottom tube clamps yesterday.

Been too busy working on the other bikes that already have frames. Once spring comes and they're on the road I'll start picking away at the inaugural frame on the jig. I've got some ideas of what I want it to look like already :)
