wiring up new speedo/tach, kz900

I was able to get most of my lights wired up, but I can't get the neutral light to come on. I just want to confirm that I am looking at my wiring diagram correctly.

Looks like Positive (+) red/green
Negative (-) Brown

If so, that is how I have my new speedo wired up, and it's a no go...not sure what is going on. I have the red/green wired up to the green (+) and Brown wired to the green/black (-)

This is what I have wired up, along with the tach, http://www.dimecitycycles.com/2-5-inch-black-mini-speedometer-with-black-face-and-led-indicator-lights.html

Brown is a live positive wire on the Kz. The neutral light comes on when the red/green goes to ground via the neutral switch by the shift drum.

As has been said brown is switched +12V on big Zs, neutral light has a feed from this on one side and a green wire that goes to the switch, most likely green wire is broken.

Thanks for the replys! Brown is positive, I just had the wires switched around, now all wired up and all dummy lights work as they should.
