I have had this bike for about 10 years now and have given it a complete rebuild from top to bottom. Below is a list of just about everything that has been done with it.
Rebuilt brake calipers completely
Upgraded SS brake lines
2007? ZX10R front brake master cylinder to improve stopping
Powder coated wheels
Powder coated frame
Upgraded charging system with new reg/rect
Shorai Battery
New fuse box
LED indicators and bright tail light
Custom hand made cafe fiberglass seat
Replaced petcocks and added inline fuel filters
Rebuilt engine completely
New crank and rod bearings
Newish clutch (4000 miles)
Rebuilt head done by Owens Motor shop in Michigan City
The rebuilt engine has about 800 miles on it
Ignition system has been upgraded from points to a CDI from a 1980 XS850
I have all indicator lights mounted in the headlight bucket LED
This bike is kick start only
The bike will also come with 2 repair manuals (Klymer and Yamaha Factory) and a large tote of extra engine parts if the buyer wants them.
I have about 200 pictures detailing everything
