Hello,
1976 CB200T
Swapping my front OEM mechanical brake setup for a '71 CB175 drum brake.
While I have everything apart I'd like to clean and/or replace my fork seals.
Out of laziness, I'd like to try to keep the forks in the trees. Has anyone done this successfully?
Also, what's the trick with opening up the aluminum cover over the dust seals? Seems like the fork boots are securely attached to this cover and everything hinges on getting these off / opened up. Strap wrench and twist?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
