ah, you were out riding at the airport out there! what's your take on it? sounds quite interesting. hopefully no one ever needs to do an emergency landing over there!

It's kinda neat really. A more authentic angle on Vintage racing, because the old unused airports are where the returning service men started racing.
We seldom do, but occasionally have to wait while a plane taxis out to the main runway and the whole time we're racing there are planes taking off and landing on a different part of the airport.
We even had a few fly bys, by the snowbirds. All in all a great weekend of racing.
