XS750 Cafe Racer

This thing s going to be amazing. Can you tell me more about how you adapted the Triumph exhaust? Was a lot of fabrication needed to make it fit to the head of the XS?

sorry the pics are rubbish
The header pipes needed small collets fitted so the down pipes clamped tight into the head also the
holes in the collars needed opening up so that they lined up with the mounting holes
in the cylinder head
Lastly had some link pipes made

Also, where did you get your rear struts? How many MMs high are they? I was considering doing 335. only because I couldn't find any that were 340mm and wouldn't brake the bank.

This is going to a thing of beauty! I had no idea that you could polish the brake caliper, or have you had this chromed?

The rear shocks are 335mm between centres and were bought from
UK ebay (seller was turbogas I think) They cost £55 inc p&p

No parts have been chromed

Wiring put on today just the rear light to wire in
A bit of work done on the rear sets
Made a start cleaning up the sump and oil filter cover
