Quiet Exhaust Options

Hi,

I'm in the process of building a Honda Cb125S as a Scrambler/Tracker style daily driver motorcycle. I'm from Quebec (Canada) where the laws according to exhaust decibel levels are pretty strict, so I'm looking for a quieter than all those ''Hooligans'' option.

I like the cone/reversed cone style of exhaust. I know that DimeCityCycles sells the Quiet-er Core (see link below) which apparently is a good compromise. Unfortunately, they don't sell the right size for my bike so it would need some customization which i'd like to avoid.

I also found the second one (Emgo Cafe Muffler). Seems to be easier to fit with the integrated support and the right diameter for my exhaust. But I can't find any reviews on it. Anyone knows of it is too loud?

Or are there any other options that I'm not aware of that could fit my needs?
