Honda CL350 Throttle Vibration with Clip Ons - Help!

I built a 1969 Honda CL350 Cafe Bike with Clip Ons. The throttle side vibrates so much on the grip that its so uncomfortable to ride. The left side is fine with no vibration. I thought maybe it had to do with the front suspension but I updated from Drum to Disc with new tire, forks, Steering Stem etc and have the same results. I am thinking maybe its the cheap clip ons that were purchased. I have no idea what else it could be. I am running the gum style grips but I don't think it would be that considering the clutch side doesn't shake at all.

Anyone have some ideas what it could be?

Have you tried bar weights?

I switch back and forth between a lot of bikes. I always find the ones with smaller grips feel like they vibrate more.

I haven't tried any bar weights yet but might consider just getting some better clip ons to see if its that.
