How do i obtain a frame jig? Are they easy to make? I'm new so I don't know much, any information will help.

Bobs and chops aren't exactly my thing, but what exactly do you have in mind for this? Any pics of other bikes that you are using for inspiration?

i don't know how to explain it but i find these really cool and want to go along this route..

I really like those bars

So how do you stretch your swing arm, and what is the best way to do it?
Does any one know where i could get my carbs cleaned in Tucson? The place I went to wanted to charge $260..

You can clean your own for a couple bucks. Just start with a very clean workspace and take 1 piece out at a time

Hes right^^^^^ Doing it yourself is simple. Ive done it twice on the 350 and am going to do it again here in a day or so. Its always easier to pay someone else, but why do it if you dont have to. As far as stretching the swingarm, any fab, chopper or hot-rod shop could do it. There are some guys on here who already have (Troybilt for one.) and some who say you never should. I dont think its an issue as long as its done correctly. Thats just me though.

So i came across a problem, I don't have enough room for both the front break and throttle.
how important is the front break? do people tend to take them off? Any advice on what to do?

How do you figure there isn't enough room? Looks like it shouldn't be a problem.

I'll bet the end of the master cylinder is hitting the gauges...?

If so, bobbers dont need gauges... haha Or is that choppers? See, you people have me all confused....

Remove the gauge cluster. It'll fit....

Or you could just sell your front wheel, and get a drum front... Would take a little workin out but it would look much better IMO on a chop/bob/whatever you decide to call it than the disk. + no master cyl.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a springer front end for my honda cb550? If it's possible where is the best place to get them?

Well, anything is possible, with a lathe and a welder.

That said, the cheapest stuff out there is DND forks for harleys, but you would need a new stem made to match your bike. Plus they ugly and wide.

Your best bet might be a custom builder, but that's more $. One thing about honda's, is that the forks are quite short overall, compared to sportster and such. Will make your life a bit more interesting.
