Mounting it to the wall was the hardest part: 125 gallons weighs a lot!

Mounting may have been but what about keeping the water?

Not quite done yet, still have a bit of finish welding to do but this is what I built this week:

New table and fixtures for my robotic welding setup in the metal shop. This should increase output considerably as well as expand to a new size product.

3.5" steel plate with 260 3/4" bores and 260 1/2" bores.

I had to retire to an area with greater privacy after seeing those tables. Dead sexy!

I made this combination bracket that is also a manifold. Can't really say what it's used for, but for the first prototype I am fairly pleased. We will try this one out in the field and then I'll make adjustments to the drawings as necesary. There are a few things that I already plan on changing, but that's why prototypes happen. On the final runs I'll use new tools that are less warn and run a spring pass to remedy the finish quality.

Looks like some kind of Venturi. Cool.

I made some wooden sinks for a new hotel this week.
White oak.

Then this afternoon I got a wild hair and made a new fire pit from some 3/16 stainless I had sitting around.

I made a hillbilly soda blaster from a beer making kit and a plastic cup, not exactly Macgyver but it seems to work and for £4 and £2 of ‘soda’ it’s worth a go

Since I posted the beginning stages, here is the finally finished prototype. Not bad for a cheap Chinese lathe and a drill press

Love the sink. Epoxy to seal it?

That fire pit would look great in my backyard  ;)
