Thats pretty genius Tune..

That's a nice box Hurco. If you haven't shipped it yet you may want to add some blocks running east-west in the picture to help support the ends.

I built this box to ship my gt250 crank to the rebuild place. I am hoping the ups guys don't see it as a "challenge" though haha. I can almost hear the sorters say "hey I bet you can't destroy that wood box lol"

You can make some money doing that kind of work. A side biz of mine is doing fine art crating. I got $600 over cost on a crate like this:

Final cost to the customer ends up being just short of $850. $90K worth of paintings off to a sale, they will pay. Plus, they have to satisfy the underwriters.

Nice man! I am far from a wood worker though. I always say I can make you almost anything you world want out of metal, but you give me wood and I'm lost. My box is fine as a shipping container, but that's just about it haha

Use packing peanuts for bulk so the spray foam is even cheaper!!

I tried to get them out of the picture but failed... ;D There was no work going on when I took it..Safety 1st...lol

I turned this:

Then into this:

Don't let the home improvement shows fool ya, it takes longer than a commercial break for that kinda stuff to happen. And it's tedious work setting 345 pavers to grade.
But I did get to play with this:

Playing with heavy equipment in the mud is one of the top five most fun things you can do with your clothes on ;)

Oh, and the Supervisor... hard at work:

Nice, I just did 25 stones 2'x2' for my back walk so I feel your pain. Nice job keeping the lines straight. You added a lot of outdoor living space!
