replaced my copper plumbing with pex...
I've got the hot&cold to my bathroom sink and the toilet hooked up since the picture (don't live at the house yet). I'm working on the rest this weekend.

After spending several weekends working on problems with four of the cages, I was happy to work on a project that didn't put grease under my fingernails 
Last season my younger Godchild killed her first deer...
She had the skull cleaned and kept it as a trophy. We got to talking one day about putting lights in the eyes to scare people and she loved the idea.
Sunday morning I got it wired up for her.

She couldn't stop smiling

I also finally got around to mounting up my bottle opener.
And added a magnet to catch the caps.
Then, after testing the opener more than a few times, I made it "Certified Bad Ass!" ;D

Doing a lot of remodel at 4g Steel in Lincoln. So far I've installed and trimmed 4 solid core doors and one steel six foot double door, built and rocked 6 walls, put 2 Windows in and enlarged an entryway. There was no room for the proper sized header in the new opening so Charlie at 4g had em make me a steel plate to sandwich and bolt between a couple 2x8's. it is heavy.

Phone keeps kicking me out of gallery, it'll take a couple posts to get ya caught up.
Last 2 pics above are of the ladder I climb to the loft where I dig through 30 year old 2x4's to get what I need for the project. The windows in the loft wall were installed by myself as well. Blew their mind when I installed headers without taking the whole wall section and drywall out. Tricks of the trade.

Thanks mate. It is not symmetrical as the motor for the door is on the left and there is limited room between the carport and fence on the left.deviant said:
As for the stain. It will be a light oiling to keep the wood protected. Next project is to build a medieval style gate on the right to replace the temporary fence next to the carport.
I like that idea.
