So it's almost complete now...decided to share, get opinions
This is project "twss/dilligaff"
1975 Honda CB 360
Bored to 69 mm gs pistons (378)
Mikuni 30's
Drag bars, h4 headlight bucket
Eliminated the blinkers, indicator lights, chopped the front fender (used a piece of that for the rear)
Welded on emgo trumpets and wrapped it all
Headlight wired into 3way switch, led tail/stop
Starter removed and blocked off, and all switches bypassed or otherwise reconfigured so I have pretty bare handlebars
Universal master cylinder for front with single hose (not on yet)
Waiting on a new battery and rectifier (overcharged and Fried a ballistic 4 cell)
All from a $600 basket case i got a month ago ( literally inventoried in boxes completely dismantled)

Welcome mate.

Since you are looking for opinions here is mine. Negatives first of course.

Front end looks quite low.
Standard pegs and drag bars make for a squished riding position.
Tyres look like the could be replaced, rear seems quite large
Rear fender doesn't rear far enough for it to be effective.
Heat wrapped mufflers won't do much.
Rear shocks look outdated. (Also have you rebuilt the front?)

Now on to the positive!

Nice seat. You kept a good height and has heaps of foam still.
Drag bars are a good choice for low bars that won't destroy ergonomics.
New carb and K&N filter. (Just make sure it is jetted right)
Kept speedo and tacho
GS Bore is a good idea

Keep it up mate. Not a bad bike at all.

I hope you did heavy duty clutch springs and clutch cover oil mods.
I would cut bars down to a 'sensible' width (less than 30") ;D

Sorry guys...havent been on in while

I did - use heavy duty clutch springs, swapped out the bars for a set of superbike bars that were 28" i think, got better correct size tires
The heat wrap actually did make a noticeable difference for me keeping the heat behind me
i think a lit of people skip coating the wrap which may be why they find it less affective

I also had a head self destruct while riding at highway speeds and a buddy behind me at night...he said it shot out a fairly impressive fireball right as it quit.
Hauled it home, rebuilt a head i got off flea bay, new tensioners, oil mods, new points.

Around october i had a college kid make an offer i couldn't refuse so i let it go
i bought a 1975 GL1000 which needed almost no work to be rideable (currently stored for the winter)
I also found a 1974 Yamaha DT100 that I've stripped to a bare frame and intend to build it back to a bare basic street bike
