1977 GS 750 Project Bratstyle

Looks good so far. Canyoncarver is spot on as far as bars.

Of you happen to yank that airbox and will sell it, let me know.

Did a few things today. Chopped the front fender. Coated the tank. Put on k&n filter pods. Weld up the hoop this weekend maybe. Need to coat the fork legs and put new springs in.

Replaced the stock springs today with progressives. Got the fork gaiters put on and pulled all the parts im going to powdercoat. I have a powder booth and a 300sqft oven at my office. Color will be satin black on everthing in the pile. Still need to do some work. On the fork legs. 38 years of oxidation what a pain.

Lol. Thanks. Hes in atlanta. Pretty good commute for ya!!

I only put the pods on last week. Ran it up and down the neighborhood seemed ok. Does feel like there isnt enough fuel if you crack the throttle down low but up in the powerband it pulls. When i get it back together ill report back.

Heres the seat on the bike still need to finish the hoop and weld in some tabs to mount the seat.

Yeah I've heard these carbs are tough to tune with pods, but who knows

I used to live outside of Atlanta, back before I could ride a motorcycle though.
