Working a part at a time now. flanges for the Comstar conversions are on, I have the restored front caliper on, front and rear signals are installed and wired, sissy bar installed, seat fabbed and mounted, tank mounted, side covers developed and installed, i am in the throes of ordering the extended fork tubes.

So some developments slowly. Now you see the rims installed and once I have rubber i can adjust for the correct height of the swing arm. 8 over forks installed, gauges installed, shifter installed and connected, forward controls from RC Bros installed, Seat completed, Just plodding along. Color is not final. Will be going with old style large orangy bronze metal flake.

thank-you. Yes welded and hammered it out myself. Even the Copper edging. Sort of a bitch doing the edging because you cant just weld it back together if it breaks. here is a better pci of the pan before I had it covered.
