Ultima Wiring Harness - Custom CB250RS

I want to use this type of wiring harness:

Its a custom Honda 1981 cb250rs and I need something simple to help with the wiring. Although im unsure as to where the CDI and charging cables from the engine need to hook up too?

Can provide cb250rs wiring diagram if needed

They'll probably need to be run as separate circuits, outside what has been described in that kit's documentation.
