nice and shiny but that rear brake actuator lever is angled WAY too far forward, it should be no more than 90 degrees to the rod, could be either your shoes are worn out or might be on the wrong spline
this is not criticism (god knows i'm far from perfect myself and still get it wrong after 35 years) but maybe helpful

Your 100% right man. Good eye! Thanks for pointing it out. I just bought it not long ago... well in the spring.... I still have to go over the mechanicals etc. That starts on the next warm day... Lol....I was in a polishing mood today... Rare..... I think it's a spline issue, but will check it out for sure. Will let you know.
