No rust to speak of. Not sure of the manufacturer. Great little pipe setup for an XS cafe or bobber. Some dodgy patch work on the collector (see the pic) but that's easily cleaned up.

If I still had my XS I would be all over it.. that thing looks like it has some snarl

It really sounded great with a 14" straight pipe with a small baffle. Loud... But great.
