Ignition switch issue...

Hi, I have a 74 Honda CB 360. When I turn the ignition switch into the 2nd position (1st position being off) it will start but none of the lights will come on. However, the turn signals will work but not the headlight or taillight. When in the 3rd position the lights come on as normal but then the bike wont crank. Does nothing. I already changed the ignition switch and it still does the exact same thing so it's not the ignition switch. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried turning the lights on, on the right handle bar switch?

First click is run, second click is essentially emergency lights.

ummm....yeah....that right handlebar switch was it!!!
