I had an order placed with them a month or two ago when he went on his initial long haul trip. Customer service did not reply during that time, but as soon as he got back they were very prompt in correcting the issue and even shipped within 1 day. But they do still send orders out.
You should be able to give them a call and leave a voicemail. They'll call you back.
