Looks like for the short term I'm going to use the stock super restrictive exhaust. Funds have dwindled away faster than expected. There's really only a few more items needed for me to be content. Factory decals, exhaust, and a new seat.

I'll need to make an extension to get the exhaust mounted since the new engines head sits further away. Super sad I can't find a good flowing stock looking pipe. I might just have to make my own. I'm not a fan of the cans or the low hangers. The more I look the more I want a stock looking pipe so who knows. Maybe I'll cobble a stock looking setup together using aftermarket parts.

Going to powder the red bits on the oil cooler as well. Laid a test sample down today to see how it will look. Pretty pleased with it and should keep it on the storm trooper theme.

How close would a stock style ct90 or 110 pipe be? Arent they bigger in dia.?
I think dr.atv still sells them for like 155

You may be able to heat the header and twist so the bracket lines up. It doesn't look like you would need much.

I'm not sure honestly. The st90 is probably a bit too restrictive. I'll investigate the 110.

I went out as soon as I read your message this morning. There's no way to bend it. It's flat and welded to the back. Really, a 2" bracket with a couple of holes will be easy to make.

I meant at the header pipe. After it makes the U shape. Hard to explain but twist it right where it makes that 90 degree towards the back of the bike. That should cause you to gain overall length on the pipe.

Ah. I might explore that option. Good idea.

Upon further investigation it may not work without some machine work :(

Well, whats it doing in the house?

It's part of the family haha. Really I didn't want to heat the shop so I brought it to the house while I sort the wiring out.

So far these are the extra bits.

I've been frustrated searching for headlight ears that are free of damage. My solution is to build new ones. Here are the progress pics.
