Wow, I love it. Really like the seat, make it yourself?

Thanks HerrDeacon,

Yep...I make my own seats.

Heres a link to some others that I recently built:

Oh yes, I remember seeing, and drooling, over a number of your creations before I started working on my seat. They were all great sources of inspiration. Very nice work

Your bike looks great! I'm a fellow cb650 owner myself and really love the changes made to your bike. The seat and the invisible electrics really set the machine off.

All in all, an excellent result on a model that isn't commonly cafed.

Don't see those very often. In fact its the first 79' i've seen. Good inspiration for mine. Since mine sat in a field for 12 years and my time is limited I just got it running so I'll cafe it over the winter. I want to get some riding in this year.

Great looking bike.

As much info as your are willing to give on your 78 kz650 would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Jay,

Yep, I havent seen any 79-80 CB650's done up cafe style. Thats what made it fun for me :)

nice looking bike! I love that view from the rear, with the twin pipes. nice clean profile without any gauges sticking up above the bars.
