Hey everyone, I've been lurking around the site for a while now and thought I'd post up the build of my '82 GSX250, (now that I'm finally getting some work done to it). Basically, I saw a vintage racer and fell in love with it, so decided to make a seat in the same style. At the same time, I really wanted it to have a 'theme', and thought that a 'fighter plane' style might look good (rivets, pin-up art on the tank, etc...)
So that's basically it, I'm hoping that it turns out OK, it probably won't be everyone's cup of tea, but I hope some of you like the way it turns out
This is how 'The Blonde Bombshell' (the name will make sense later ) started out...
And with the new seat...
And with the tail light cut out, ready for the moulded lens to be put in:
