those don't look like stock coils. Do you have any better pics? was the tank recessed to allow for clearance?
I've been wondering if you could those small msd coils or something on a twin? The coils on my bike have the plug wires running straight into them and I want to change the plug wires (without having to use those splicer connection things)

Thats a ratty parts bike someone put car coils on.Your looking at the remains of 4 parts bikes .1 cool bike built..number 2 on the way.Mark
