That is amazing! You wouldn't be skipping any of those classes. The bikes turned out amazing, they did excellent work. Does the teacher build bikes himself outside of school I wonder? Pretty interesting how they chose to build cafe's, probably the teacher's influence.

I'm kind of amazed the school board approved these projects. Especially considering the liability issues...
