CB360/RD350/any street UJM spoke torque spec?

Can't find any info on this matter....
rd350 manual mentions 6mm bolts to 90 inch/lbs, but im not sure that applies to spoke nipples.

I remember reading somewhere that they should be closer to 55-60 inch/pounds. Because the spoke is more about tension than clamping strength.

Buchanan spoke instructions say 80 in/lbs, but most people I know go for between 45 and 60.
