A guy on craigslist wants to trade me a St. Louis Pneumatics die grinder for some stuff. I can't find ANYTHING on them. Even guys in St. Louis haven't heard about them... If anyone has any experience with this company please fill me in. They LOUDLY declare made in USA but on the tools have a plate that says "Made with US and foreign parts". Just strikes me as odd...

Sounds like Harbor Freight type equipment....HF sells "Chicago Pneumatic", sounds like someone picked another town....

look them up on amazon also you can get a brand new 90degree for 100 bucks. I don't know what he is trying to trade you for but really unless you use a die grinder ALOT even the harbor freight cheapies will work unless you're trying to port cast iron. (I work in the aircraft machining industry I have used everything from cheap harbor freight junk to actual dotco brand to snapon.... if just for limited use they all work. big name $ stuff just runs smoother and will last longer...)
