I have a 72 CL450 DOHC and may need shocks for it. Anyone know of a list of manufacturers that make shocks with the clevis/eyehole design? Just thought I'd ask

I was hoping to get a list of manufacturers. for example. Progressivce, Koni, Olins, etc. I will check Dime City Cycles. thanks

DCC sells a general/universal shock, the same that many retails sell, at varying prices.

Hagon, progressive, koni, ohlins, works, yss and just about every shock manufacture in the game makes eye to clevis shocks, all are much better then the universal standard shocks
Lowering the bike is bad for the handling and mostly done only for the look, so the universal shocks will give you that look and it doesnt matter how bad they are.

OK, that's helpful. I am aware that I'd need to lower/shorten the fork/springs. I found a site that covers this. Shows what to measure to determine how much to maintain bike geometry for handling. I don't think I'll be doing this anytime soon. I have a couple other projects to finish.
