So I've been looking at getting myself a different style helmet, came accross some REALLY cool ones...

I'm really into the aviator look on helmets... Recently discovered and LOVE them...

Found the Diesel Jeans and AGF one online... DOPE... but probably STUPID expensive.. ALSO not available in CANADA...

Are you located in the GTA?

I am thinking of getting one of these, and maybe we can get 2 helmets together and split the shipping (and duty costs if there are any).

The momo one looks ill.. I'm not sure how I feel about USED helmets though. No offense to the member selling his, I'm just not a fan of wearing a used brain bucket... I got lots invested in this brain and I don't really think I should be skimping and buying used.

No it doesn't actually. The prices on the Momo website are in Pounds Sterling.

So while the MOMO helmet being sold privately is not a screaming deal compared to ordering a new one, it's not $100 more than a new one. It is a little cheaper.

found this helmet while looking into the osbe ones. apparently the manufacturer for laura smith is the same as momo.

Oh no, I know about that -- this helmet kicks. Carbon fibre, lambskin interior, comes with three shields.

It's cool in its retro styling and all, but as ugly as my mug is, I like my face the way it is! :D Therefore, I can only endorse full face lids.

(Sorry, didn't express myself very well the first time. Had to rewrite!)
 
Look - more photos of a helmet with questionable aesthetics!

Don't know if the helmet 'matches', but I think it's a nice counterpoint to all the black and white on the bike.
 
I don't think I'd wear it, but that helmet is kinda cool in its own way. It reminds me of the one Luke Skywalker was wearing when he blew up the DeathStar.
