Looking for a jacket
« on: Mar 16, 2013, 16:10:10 »
Gentlemen,

I've been looking for a new riding jacket. I saw this fashion jacket...

http://i1081.photobucket.com/albums/j351/RunninFree86/2012-11-04113407.jpg

I dig the look of this with the quilting on the shoulders and lower arms. I know this jacket wont cut it on the road.

Any ideas were I could find a jacket like this new or vintage

Thanks in advance.

PM Loco Leon. He was recently selling some similar (but actual riding) jackets.

If you have a wheelbarrow full of money, you could check out Langlitz leathers.

I think Vanson has something with quilting in their "metro" line with quilting that's made of their normal bike-weight leather:  http://www.vansonleathers.com/prod-Chopper-640.aspx  They can also do custom if you need more quilting and enjoy paying for it...

Not exactly the same as the pic, but in the ballpark.
"What's the use of having a motorcycle if you can't go tearing around staying out late?" Ralph asked reasonably.
