The adjustable just refers to being able to position the vent tube to suit your set up.

What size are the carbs bored to now?

The carbs internals havenít been touched - I bought new carbs (PE22ís) as the originals didnít have enough metal for boring out.

So the engine work is all finished - head and carbs were the final bits. Engine specialist has done a superb job machining the carbs, some pics below. More to follow at the weekend.

Petrol and heat proof hose to sleeve together:

Iím just waiting for a couple of these to arrive to go over the hoses:

You mean the front brake caliper? Nope, I designed the bracket to fit the caliper so I didnít look at any other calipers once I picked that one.

Almost there with the engine, just got these blasted as I forgot initially.
Sorry for the bad quality engine photo, poor lighting.

What carbs are you using?
Are you painting the journals black too?

Build is looking good.

Thanks

They are PE22ís. Which donít fit around my frame of course.

Iím not sure those are called journals are they? You may be right! In any case yes theyíll be painted but Iím not sure about their covers, or the clutch and rotor covers which Iíve left as they were for now while I decide.
