Sweet man. watching this for sure.
I'm not sure, but don't ask Brodie.

Way to many build and half done projects to list here.

Not a ton of progress today.

Got the two new brake switched installed and wired and also wired up a handlebar toggle switch I got from DCC. I'll probably use it for the headlight.

Also ran the hardware through the tumbler.

More work done today.

Started prepping the ammo can to use as a panier and electrical box. I have another but I'm still deciding if I want to use both. I'm toying with the idea of putting a jerry can on the opposite side.

Got some paint on the suspension uppers, freewheel, and speedo housing. Plastidip on the fork lowers.

Ha ha. Cool panniers. What voltage is the bike, and are you using a buck converter for your USB charger? I dig the DRO.

It's 6V AC which I'm going to convert to DC or end up using a half wave rectifier.

The USB charger is a special high efficiency model so it can still put out a steady 5V with as low as 6V input.

What a disappointing Monday.

I ordered a bunch of parts last week and all I got today was the new pedal assembly.

And it's too long.

Guess I'll have to buy a mill.

a Puch Maxi for an extra $6 … Not going to go too crazy on this one …

There's nothing quite like a cheap build to empty the wallet!
