After using the big screen for a while you'll look at your iPhone like it's a kid's toy.  I've been using a Dell Streak (5 inch screen Android) for a while now and just can't go back to the 3.5 inch iPhone.  Might consider the iPhone 5 which is likely to have a 4 inch screen but we'll see.

I can't STAND switching phones and having to learn how to use 'em all over again!! Totally ruins the fun of having a new phone for me!! Grrrrr!   >:(

Picked this up today - Kim's (wife) first bike.  She upgraded her scooter license last weekend, fell in love with the TU250 when we were exploring reliable small bikes and I ended up getting a good deal on one.

Kinda odd having a 2011 motorcycle in the garage with fuel injection.  At least it looks old.

Drove 6 hours each way to pick it up but it was worth the trip.  Nice little scoot - will have to see how fast it goes ;)

Very cool Tim!!!  My wife would kill to have something like that.  Something to think about....

But not until shop completion.  Speaking of which, I am almost done with the dividing wall for the paint booth and clean room.  The double glass doors are the fully sealed, vapor barriered, insulated, positive pressure paint booth.  The door to the right is the office/clean room.  Missing one panel over the clean room door, but ran out of material.  I think it's pretty awesome! Building materials are my latest purchase.

Nice Tim,

Ive seen a few of those cruising around town. Good looking modern "old" bike. I didn't know they were fuel injected. Thats pretty cool.

JEEZUS! Talk about micro servo's! They have come a looooong way since my R/C days!
What battery? Obviously not the classic 6 cell 7.2 V sub-C NiCads I am used to...

How the hell did you do that? I have been wanting to upgrade but was told I would loose my unlimited plan. And I have been a customer for over a decade!

on June 28th, they rolled out new "tiered" data plans. If you resigned your two year contract before the 28th, you could keep your existing contract (by selecing no change) and get a discounted phone.

moving forward, you can keep your existing unlimited data plan by not signing a new contract - once your contract is run out, you just continue paying month to month. if you want to upgrade, you'll have to buy a phone on your own and just activate it (the phone discounts only come when you sign a new 2 year contract).

the new tiered data plans are not that bad, since the data allowance can be shared across multiple lines. i think they range from 2gb to 8gb. depends on what you mainly use it for, standard use and web browsing wont put you close to maxing out, but if you do a lot of streaming, downloading, etc - you might.

for example, i'd max out with a 4g LTE even at 8gb, since I use my phone as a mobile hotspot a lot.

Man they get smaller than that and the battery is like two cell phone batteries put to gather.

Haha if I don't get this bike finished up the wife will kill me I keep telling her it's hers  ::), I've got a few R/C's of my own, getting a C-47 next for some First person view flying since my older brother is legally blind.  He can fly on video games and such, so I figured it might workout if you hook a camera up to the R/C and have a TV so he can fly it that way.  We'll see...

Go to rcgroups.com and you be able to get those thing you need. And there are some new glasses that have a screen in them that is linked to a camera on a rc plane pretty neat stuff.

Yeah, we've been there. He can't use the glasses because of his eyes, he only really has peripheral vision  :(  He can see when he puts his head to the left or right.  Goofy kid, but I love him haha.  So we've got the system ready to go, just need the plane.

1979 Schwinn Le Tour III
Picked this guy up a few days ago on craigslist for a good deal. I commute to work on it most of the time. This last week I probably put close to 80 miles on it.

The ride to work is mostly downhill and at 6am, so its pretty pleasant. The ride home on the other had is mostly uphill and at 3-4pm. It sucks...to say the least. 6 miles up hill in 100+ degree temperature is pretty draining.

Gotta get that BMW back on the road
