Helmet Decal Help

I've been looking all over the place for the Kiwi decal on the front of Bruce Anstey's helmet, and can't find it anywhere. It's not very complicated, so I'd like to get one made up at a local sign shop. My photoshop skills are poor non-existant. Is anyone here savvy enough to create this one or something very similar for me in a format I could take to a sign shop?
