thanks to some help from the forum... i got the forks put back together!!!
shocks re assembled







had to paint that small plastic lower fork cover, blasted it and then painted it in black...
as soon as that is done dry'n i can get the lowers back in... Dave grabbed his front wheel to have some new rubber put on it

dave the new seat looks sick! if we are shooting that tuscan any time soon ill let you know so that we can do that headlight grill in wiht that, if your going to use it may as well match it... get out the scotch bright pad already!!!! have your daughters come out there and help you bet you guys can have that thing UN-BLING in a hour!

The bike is screaming for black pipes (header and muffler) and I'd black out the big aluminum brackets holding up the pegs / mufflers.

The helmet is a fulmer v2.  I got it for 100 at ace downtown.  Real low profile.  They had bells also but they sat high on my head.

the bracket needs it bad!!!! i am trying to get Dave to scotch bright all the chrome and polished metal first to see how it looks. hell if it looks like crap we can powder it all...
