Just had to show what happens when you measure once, cut twice.
I knew I should have checked, particularly when I was going for 'extra light' (well, it is  ;D )
It was 99% finished before it got totally finished  ::)

Route a grove in it and fix in some acrylic or plexy and do some cool engraving on it.  ;D

This piece looks nice. Just an FYI- my honda CB200t starting hole opening is 1.806" and about .6" deep or so. I am thinking this might work on that bike as well. Are you able to post pics of the item from front and back so I can see how its mounted. If it looks like it will work, I will probably get one and can verify it fits for you on the 200s, which I guess would mean it would also work on the cb175.

Mounts with two stainless steel screws and spring washers.
You can rotate it for best fit on inside of case.
I'll PM you

Give me a week, I'm on vacation (and unemployed  ;D )
It was planned in March before everything went 'tits up'
Are they for 350 or 360?
Stub mount or flange mount?
Any particular length or same as last ones I made?
