so we are working on a custom chopper motor in the shop right now... lots of work goign into it and just wanted to share...
it is a S&S
 
grinding and polishing out the jugs edges and a custom blend candy blue with clear... so sick
 
jugs blasted and ground and polished edges




lots of masking work





in the booth



some of the blue in the sun

 Great  finish but it's 'Return to the 70's', particularly with black/polished.
1972~73 Yamaha 200/250/350 were some of the 'prettiest' motorcycles ever made

+1 on the looks sweet and if i may anwser the question about the color burning off. oil running across the out side of it will keep it cool.  but use caution if this bike is used for more than bar hopping. the occasional front tire against the bumper of a f150 hole shot followed by druken high five. or driving by the battered women shelter to catch a glimpse of that bitch X-wife  who knows. lol just kidding around joe the parts do look nice
