CB250N / CB400N Speedo - Ratios and Mini Speedos?

I've been doing some reading, seems that most of the Honda's have a speedo ratio of: 2240:60.

My question is, do all Hondas have the same?
I've got a Honda 1979 CB250N Superdream that I am giving the Cafe treatment too (amazing how much weight I am stripping). However I am stuck trying to find a suitable speedo replacement.

The stock speedo/tack/idiot light unit looks terrible...

I attached the speedo cable to the speedo drive and rolled the wheel one complete full turn, I counted 2.75 rotations of the speedo cable for every 1 revolution of the wheel. Does that seem right for a 2240:60 ratio?

To make matters worse, I need to locate a Mini speedo to suit in Kilometers (km).

Can anyone help me make sense of the confusing topic and point me in the right direction of a vendor?

Thank you

I know pretty much nothing about speedo drives and the like and like you from cheking out what other people have to say I've come to the conclusion the my bike (1982 CB400N) has a speedo ratio of 2240:60. The speedos on the dime city cycle page generally run at 2400:60 but I was told that this particular speedo would suit my bike. The tacho ratio below is 7:1, which is a suitable replacement for a 20:3 (apparently...). I'm just waiting for an email back from the guys at DCC. I live in Australia so I also need my speedo in k/ph. I thought they were very reasonably priced as well.

One of the CB400T guys here used the mini KPH speedo from Mike's XS and had no problems. I can't remember the build but thought about doing the same on my bike, I believe they are the same ratio as the hondas. look them up. Might have been SXE's build?
