bandit upgrade
JRK5892:
ya it is def the sprocket... i checked for the sticky auto tensioner, and did the valves at the start of the season... also did the old screw driver stethoscope trick on the motor and she was nice and smoooth... it is def coming from the front sprocket... i am thinking that maybe they are just worn so replacing them should do the trick... now i need to find out if i can fit a 14t front and 48t rear on a 110 chain... i know stock is 15t/47t on 110
MotoMadness:
Yup you should be fine with a 110 chain.
JRK5892:
solid! thanks
Wolfman:
I never liked going down in the front because of the stress it puts on the chain. That hesitation is a pain to sort out. I'm still working it out but I have a much different set up than you/
Keep me posted .

Love the bike dude!
My brother has a '01 600.
Nice bike in general.
Can I ask you about your set up with the hard plastic panniers you have going on there?
What brand are they and how did you mount them?
Before my bro leaves for the Army, the bandit will become my father's daily commuter so I wanna outfit it with some bags for his connivance.
