I swear, by my life and my love of it, that I will never live for the sake of another man, nor ask another man to live for mine.

Heh, yup, Li'l ol' Tassie. Thanks guys, I never get tired of hearing people saying nice things... ;)

Tyres are Shinko SR777 100/90 19" on the front and Dunlop K177 120/90 18" on the rear (which is actually a front-only tyre [for a Goldwing I believe], but I haven't found it to be any kind of problem so far).

I love copper too, I did a CB550 nighthawk with copper front fender and engine covers.
I did the frame in black powder coat, with alas copper crazier paint, and the tank.

Got some pics?

Yeah mate, I'll try and knock something up when I get a chance. I didn't take a hell of a lot of photos during the making of it, but I'll jot down what I can remember.

buy the looks of the pictures. i doubt just any old clip on youtube would show up here. my guess is we'll all be waiting a bit while some kind of professional short film de noir is written, shot, edited, and premiered online here. ;)

I was actually planning on getting some nice video while I was doing the shoot, but ran out of time. I'll see what I can sort out in the next few weeks though... maybe not quite a full scripted noir affair though... but it IS tempting....

Hhaha, none taken. Nothing offensive about being Australian... well, except for the accent, and the occa reputation, and the general offensiveness... but we're not all Paul Hogans... Strewth, could be worse... could be a septic... ;)

A very good Aussie friend of mine whose family arrived in Australia on the first fleet always says if his people had been religous zelots rather than criminals he would be an American.

Those gauges are so cool. Did you have those custom made?
