I saw the ones on vintage connections site, but I was looking for something different.  I am going to go with these cheap terminal strips.  One front, one rear should tidy everything up.

Oh nice! Where may I find those sir?  If I can get those then I won't have to undo all my nice connector work.

Well I guess its been while.  I suppose you all are expecting to see a painted tank and seat...

I uh...its a lot of sanding.  So much so that I will seriously consider not undertaking anything else in the future that has to do with fiberglass or filler.

Right now the last touch up of filler is on the seat, to get those last little holes and marks to go away.  Tomorrow I will do a final sanding and I will be ready for paint.

I also finally got the rear turn signals mount as well.  I had them mounted before with the bolt on the outside of the frame.  As it turns out, when the seat is mounted, the bolt catches when it lifts on the hinges.  So I got some...well I don't know what they are called, but I turned them into something that resembles a weld nut and drove a bolt from the inside of the frame.

And I got the kickstand installed.

Still finishing up installing the wiring as I was waiting on the turn signals.  No progress on the clutch either.

Did you use a layer of bondo body filler on top of the fiberglass?

Those are called Tee Nuts.

Yes, auto body filler coated over the fiberglass, then sanded smooth.

Apparently not.  Good things take time right?  ;)

I'm waiting on the rear sets from Viet for my CB200.  Did you have any trouble rotating the rear brake lever 180 degrees so that it was pointed up and not down?  I noticed mine has a notch in the mounting post that goes into the drum so that it can only be put on in one direction...

The shaft on the brake drum for the CB175 has splines all around except for a small portion.  This can be faced at 90 or 270 degrees (up or down).  So for me, it was just a matter of rotating the shaft to allow the brake arm to face upwards.  I am not familiar with the CB200.
